1. What is your refund policy?
To request a refund, please contact customer support at uhoney001@gmail.com from your registered email address. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis, calculated according to the amount of remaining (unused) tokens.
2. What kind of content is prohibited?
We strictly prohibit the following:
- Any material depicting or suggesting child pornography. All characters must be and appear to be 18 years of age or older.
- Sexually explicit imagery, including visible genitalia, in character profiles.
- Content that describes, glorifies, or encourages violence or harm toward the AI.
- Use of real-life photographs or images.
3. How are tokens used for billing?
Tokens are the units of currency used for chat interactions with AI characters. The rate of token consumption depends on the computational cost of the AI model you are interacting with.
4. Are my conversations with AI characters private?
Yes. All conversations and any characters you create are strictly private by default. They are only made public if you explicitly choose to publish them.
5. How can I change the language of an AI's responses?
The platform currently defaults to English. We are actively working on expanding our language support.
6. What if I don't know what to say during a chat?
You can click the lightbulb icon in the chat window to receive AI-generated suggestions for your next message.
